Competitions, trainings, court bookings, wellness and the whole club — in one place, in the browser, with no website and no technical skills needed.
Six formats, every sport, with real federation rules. Scheduling that knows your capacity, results confirmed by the players, standings that recalculate themselves.
Learn morePublish a session with its trainer, time and place. Members sign up themselves and the spots fill visibly — no group chat, no “is there still room?”.
Learn moreCourts, halls and tables with their own opening hours. Members see what’s free and book it; a captain books straight from the match sheet and the fixture updates itself.
Learn moreA treatment menu that takes bookings. Upload your price list and it reads itself in. Rooms, therapists, shifts — the free times work themselves out.
Learn moreMembers and dues, invoices and the ledger, juniors with consents, staff hours and certifications, equipment, and messages that never send themselves.
Learn moreMost clubs don't lack effort. They lack one place to keep it all in. Challanger is sports management software that replaces the pile.
Start for freeFixtures in one file, standings in another, and one wrong formula quietly breaks the table.
Results arrive as photos and messages at midnight, and someone still has to retype them.
Rescheduling one match takes four calls, and half the players never hear about it.
Players confirm results themselves, standings recalculate instantly, and everyone reads the same schedule.
Tennis, football, basketball, badminton, chess, volleyball, padel, handball, futsal, boules, … – if it has a winner, Challanger can run it.
Everyone plays everyone and the table decides the winner. Points add up over the whole season, every player gets the same number of matches, and several divisions can run side by side — with play-offs or a final at the end if you want one.
Used for: a 12-team winter tennis league running every weekend.
Everyone plays the same number of rounds, but nobody has to play everyone. Each round pairs players on equal points, never the same two twice, so the field sorts itself out without anyone being knocked out. Ties are settled by Buchholz.
Used for: a 60-player chess open finished in seven rounds.
The classic draw: lose and you’re out, win and you move on, all the way to the final. Challanger builds the draw and advances the winners, and a consolation draw keeps early losers playing.
Used for: a 32-player padel tournament played over one weekend.
Every player carries a rating. Beat a stronger player and you climb a lot; lose to a weaker one and you drop a lot. Every result also counts towards the global ELO ranking for your sport.
Used for: an open padel ranking where anyone can turn up and play.
Players sit in a pyramid and challenge upwards, a few places at a time. Win and you swap places. Play never stops, with deadlines for accepting and playing every challenge.
Used for: a year-round squash club ladder that never really ends.
Players sign up alone, but every match is doubles — with a new partner each round. Points are personal: you score the games your pair won, so the winner is one player, not a team.
Used for: a club padel evening where everyone gets a new partner every round.
Basketball 5×5 and 3×3 to FIBA rules. Futsal and football to FIFA. Handball to IHF. Volleyball to FIVB. Chess to FIDE, with a clock built in. Tennis with the full code-of-conduct record sheet. Quarters, sets, halves, extra time, penalties, team fouls, two-minute suspensions — each sport records what it actually records.
Set the rules, build the schedule, keep results moving.
Members, teams, competitions and club news on one club page.
Confirm results, check fixtures, follow their own ranking.
Post news, match reports and media without touching competition settings.
Open the match, run the official record sheet, close it. Nothing else.
Live standings and results on a page anyone can open.
Challanger runs in the browser, and the layout adapts to the screen it opens on. On a phone you get bigger targets and shorter screens, built for entering a score courtside with one hand.
Same login, same data, same club. No app store, no updates, no player who missed a session because they never installed anything.
Build the season, set the rules, run the draw and manage the full archive.
Enter and confirm a result at the court, check the next fixture, read the news.
Put standings on the clubhouse display without setting anything else up.
An email address and a password. That is the whole setup, for you and for every player you add.
Competitions, trainings, courts and the membership list on one page members follow.
Weekly futsal, basketball or tennis leagues without spreadsheets.
Multiple competitions, seasons and regions with role-based access.
An office or school championship set up in minutes.
A treatment menu, a booking calendar and a guest book, without a separate system.
The new Challanger is live. Every competition, player and result you created moves over untouched – same login, same data, more to do with it.
After a few days of testing, our members agreed Challanger was exactly what we needed.
Franci Horvat · Competition manager, TK VanganelChallanger improved the way we organise competitions and present our club to members.
Dario Humar · President, TK SežanaSame purpose. A much stronger platform.
Any sport with a winner. Tennis, padel, football, futsal, basketball, handball, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, chess, boules, esports and more. Several of them go further than a scoreboard: basketball, football, futsal, handball, volleyball, chess and racket sports each record what their own federation’s rules expect.
For many sports, yes — properly. Basketball follows FIBA, including 3×3. Futsal and football follow FIFA, with accumulated fouls and penalty shootouts. Handball follows IHF, with two-minute suspensions and seven-metre throws. Volleyball follows FIVB, with liberos and the sanction scale. Chess follows FIDE, with boards, colours, a built-in clock and rapid-to-Armageddon tiebreaks. Tennis and other racket sports get the full record sheet with code violations, time violations and medical time-outs. Any sport outside that list still runs on custom rules and scoring you define yourself.
No. Challanger runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. Players open a link, log in and they are in — no app store, no updates, nobody left out because they never installed anything.
No. Every club gets a public page with its crest, colours, news, teams and live standings. If you already have a website, you can embed the competition into it instead.
Yes. Invite co-managers, assistants, reporters and referees by e-mail, each with their own permissions. A reporter can post news and results without touching the competition settings; a referee opens the match record and nothing else.
Four more things, all on the same login. Trainings — publish sessions that members sign up for themselves. Locations — courts and halls with their own opening hours, booked by the people who use them. Wellness — a treatment menu with rooms, therapists and online bookings. Club — members and dues, invoices, juniors, staff, equipment and messages to your members.
In Wellness, yes. A name and a mobile number is enough; the guest gets a reservation code that lets them find or cancel the appointment later. You decide whether those bookings are confirmed instantly or wait for your approval — and you can switch guest booking off entirely if you would rather everyone had an account.
Yes. A competition can be read in from a spreadsheet, a CSV, an image, a PDF or a URL with results on it — the format is detected for you. A wellness price list works the same way: paste it in or upload a CSV, XLSX or PDF, and the treatments, durations and prices are read out of it. Photographs inside a PDF menu are lifted out too, and offered to the right sections. You can also copy a previous competition with all of its settings and none of its results.
English, Slovenian, Croatian, Italian, German, Spanish and French. Every member picks their own — the same competition reads in each person’s language.
Yes. Standings, results, statistics and member lists export to CSV. The club ledger exports in a format Minimax, QuickBooks and DATEV accept.
Nothing. Same login, same competitions, same players, same results — everything moved over untouched. What changed is how much more there is to do with it.
Yes. Start for free, set up a competition and invite players without entering a card. Upgrade when the club outgrows the free limits.
