Club

Front of house and back office.

A club page with your crest, news, teams, results and upcoming sessions — and behind it the administration that usually lives in six separate spreadsheets.

The page everyone sees

  • Your crest and colours
  • News with photos
  • Teams with captains
  • Every competition
  • Played and scheduled matches
  • Upcoming trainings
  • A member list

No domain, no hosting, no developer. Embed it into an existing website if you already have one.

The work behind it

  • Members and memberships.Membership types with their own annual fee, renewal dates, waiting lists approved in order, and junior registration with parent details. Reminders go out 30 days before, 7 days before, on the day and a week after — nobody is chased by hand.
  • Money.Invoices, an income and expense ledger, fee configuration. Competition entry fees and court bookings raise their own line items automatically. Export in a format Minimax, QuickBooks and DATEV accept.
  • Communication that never sends itself.Every message — renewal reminder, overdue notice, event invitation — is saved as a draft for you to read first. Pick an audience: all active members, juniors, seniors, trainers only, renewing within 7 or 30 days, or anyone with an overdue balance. You see the recipient count and confirm before anything leaves.
  • Juniors, properly.Age groups, photo consent recorded separately from everything else, medical notes, progress reports, and a safeguarding policy every registration acknowledges before it can be submitted.
  • Staff and volunteers.Coaches, referees, admins and volunteers. Paid and voluntary hours logged separately, certifications with expiry warnings, shift rotas, and an internal channel only staff can read.
  • Equipment.Inventory with condition, rentals with overdue flags, recurring maintenance with due dates, consumables with reorder levels.
  • People and groups.Everyone who has ever played in your competitions — singles, pairs and teams — kept current by itself. Build a group once and reuse it for entries and mailings. Remove someone and their matches stay; erase them properly and only an administrator can do it.
